Habitat for Humanity - Multi‑Community Affordable Housing Initiative
The Habitat for Humanity partnership is an ongoing modular housing initiative delivered through Kent Homes Direct Sales Teams across multiple communities in New Brunswick. This multi‑year effort reflects a coordinated approach to expanding access to safe, affordable housing for families in need.
Projects were completed in Sackville, Shediac, Miramichi, St. George, and Fredericton, delivering a mix of bungalows and duplex homes. Each development was designed to provide practical, comfortable living spaces that support individuals and families on their path to homeownership.
Across all locations, the initiative focused on delivering efficient, repeatable housing solutions that could be adapted to different communities while maintaining consistency in quality and layout. The use of both single‑unit and duplex configurations allowed for flexibility in meeting diverse housing needs.
