This Duplex Community project is a family‑focused affordable housing development delivered in partnership with Harmony Grove Homes in Central Nova Scotia. Designed to support growing community housing needs, this project highlights the flexibility and efficiency of modular construction for residential developments at scale. 

The development includes 12 single‑storey duplexes, providing thoughtfully planned homes for families. Each unit is designed with everyday living in mind, offering durable construction, functional layouts, and long‑term livability suited to a range of household needs. 

The Duplex Community demonstrate how modular construction can support the delivery of consistent, high‑quality affordable housing while meeting the demands of growing communities.
