The Chipman Triplex project is a multi‑building housing initiative delivered in partnership with The Chipman Housing Authority to support affordable housing in Chipman, New Brunswick. This community‑focused development demonstrates how consistent design and thoughtful planning can be scaled across multiple buildings to meet growing housing needs. 

The development includes six two‑storey triplex buildings, each featuring three residential units with an unfinished basement, providing flexible and practical living space for residents. The layouts are designed to support everyday living, with a focus on durability, functionality, and long‑term use. 

Delivered in phases, with each building completed individually, the project reflects a structured approach to multi‑unit development, allowing for steady progress while maintaining consistency across the community. 

The Chipman Triplex development highlights how well‑planned, multi‑building housing projects can create reliable, long‑term solutions for smaller communities—providing quality homes that support growth, stability, and everyday living.
