Oak Island Production Unit

Location: Oak Island
Project Year: 2018

The Oak Island Production Unit is a single‑module structure designed to support on‑site operations for a show production environment on Oak Island. Delivered through a direct partnership, this project demonstrates how compact, purpose‑built spaces can be tailored to highly specific operational needs.

The unit is a single‑box mini home, configured as a production lab, providing a functional workspace to support daily show activities. The layout was designed to maximize efficiency within a compact footprint while maintaining comfort and usability for on‑site teams.

Set within a unique and high‑profile location, the Oak Island Production Unit highlights how targeted, standalone modular solutions can support specialized uses in remote and operationally demanding environments.
