Fitzroy - Supportive Housing & Office Development

Partners: 720 Modular & Canadian Mental Health Association
Location: Charlottetown, PEI
Project Duration: 14 months

The Fitzroy project is a multi‑use modular development delivered in partnership with 720 Modular Solutions and the Canadian Mental Health Association in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Designed to support both residential and community services, this project reflects a thoughtful approach to integrated housing solutions.

This four‑storey building, totaling approximately 29,000 sq. ft., includes a 5,800 sq. ft. finished basement, 28 studio and one‑bedroom residential units, and 7,300 sq. ft. of dedicated office space. The design brings together private living spaces and essential support services within a single, well‑organized facility.

The Fitzroy development highlights how modular construction can support larger, multi‑purpose buildings that combine housing and community programming. By integrating residential units with office and service space, the project creates a functional, supportive environment that addresses a range of community needs.

“Building MODULAR it’s yours once you get it. Cause you’ve chosen everything and have that connection to it.”
