Built the Kent Homes Way
For more than 65 years, Kent Homes has combined experience with a smarter way to build. Our controlled, factory‑built process creates dependable homes designed for comfort, consistency, and everyday peace of mind.
Built Over Time
Kent Homes is a proud member of the J.D. Irving Family
The Irving family of businesses began in 1882 in Bouctouche, New Brunswick, the original company holdings included: a sawmill, gristmill, carding mill, a general store, lumber business, and a farm. With its roots in forestry, J.D. Irving, Limited has grown over the years to include a number of businesses.
Kent Homes emerged from K.C. Irving’s commitment to quality housing, introducing offsite construction to improve worker living conditions. That same focus on quality, efficiency, and controlled building environments continues today.
